FARISH COACHES

The Farish MkI range started with a bang in 1981 and by 2000 had expanded to cover the MkI to MkIV range.

In the MkI range only SK, BCK, BG and RMBs were produced, with GUV and POS types produced for parcel/postal work, liveries were varied.

MkIIs were only produced in TSO or FO version until 1999 when the Virgin version appeared with RFB and BSOs. MkIIIs were produced in most variants and liveries, including a Blue/Grey sleeper. The MkIVs were a strange choice as they had very limited route variation on the East Coast Mainline.

Only the MkIs were produced with interiors, it was left to other manufacturers to produce suitable interiors for the other types.

Some oddities were produced, especially in the transition between BR Executive and BR Intercity liveries.
